Hello! We recently attended the ‘Korea-APEC Business Partnership’ event held in Gyeongju.

We took the KTX from Seoul and arrived in Gyeongju after about a 2-hour ride. 🚄

Upon arriving in Gyeongju, the beautiful natural scenery welcomed us.

We then proceeded to the Lahan Select Hotel, the event venue, to hold meetings.

✅ The first meeting: TIEN PHONG

We had a meeting with Nguyen Thanh Binh, R&D Director of  TIEN PHONG, where we introduced our respective companies and discussed potential areas for collaboration. TIEN PHONG was an outstanding company leading Vietnam in the software sector, spanning from multimodal biometric technology to large-scale wall systems.

✅ The second meeting: Digital Ware

We met with Digital Ware from Serbia. Digital Ware operates across all sectors for Smart City development, including flood monitoring and vehicle management. Through our discussion with Dejan Cuk, We identified potential for collaboration in energy and data collection/management.

✅ The third meeting:  Maziv Engineering PLC

Maziv Engineering PLC is a company that provide security-related products and services. We were impressed by its leading position in Ethiopia across various businesses, including security. We also had an in-depth discussion with CEO Michael Yimer about potential areas to integrate our technology to maintain more stable security in line with government policies.

✅ The fouth meeting: Prointer

The last schedule was a meeting with Ivana Rajic of Prointer. Prointer is a company that builds IT solutions and provides consulting services to meet customer business needs. We had a conversation , primarily centered on our shared focus on Enterprise Solutions and it was a shame that the time was short. Also, I was grateful to her for participating with a smile, even though the meeting from morning to evening must have been difficult.

Participating in this event was a valuable experience, as it allowed us to connect with software companies from across the globe and share ideas. Watching how business manners are applied in meetings and how partnerships are developed in real time gave me many insights. For me, as an international marketer, it was also a reminder to continuously think about how we can better present and communicate our business to the world.

We extend our gratitude to KOTRA and the government for organizing this event, and once again thank all the companies that attended the meetings.

Thank you.
