I-ON Communications, (“I-ON”, “Company”), an expert in unstructured data management, digital solutions leader in the region, and developer of Korea’s first and one of the leading electronic signature services eForm, has seen a huge increase in website traffic during the last 12 months.
Due to soaring demand for non-face-to-face technology and services, and updating the eForm with brand new features, I-ON Communications’ e-signature solution recorded a high increase in website traffic over that past year and continues to grow each day.
The need for a solution such as eForm, that enables remote work while erasing the need for in-person meetings, was felt both at home and abroad, especially in Southeast Asian countries, where the increase surpassed 1000% in most cases, compared to the numbers from August last year.

The high number of visitors from Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc. can also be contributed to eForm business growing in the Southeast Asian market thanks to the numerous business collaborations that were formed in the last year between I-ON and SEA partners. In 2019 and 2020, the Company established several partnerships with IT companies from Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam, and is currently in the discussion with potential distributors working in diverse industries.
As for the domestic market, comparing the same time period (August 2019 and August 2020), eForm website saw a 249% increase in visitors and a 275% increase in new visitors.

“Most of our clients up until 2019 were from industries that deal with contracts on a daily basis, such as distribution companies, financial organizations, etc., but this year due to the pandemic, eForm is attracting clients from various sectors,” I-ON’s Head of Service Platform Division Rex Yu commented.
In June this year, a part of electronic signature service eForm called I-ON’s Mobile Questionnaire Service, was used for quick and safe health screening of visitors at a golf tournament organized by Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA), and in July, the same service was used at the Launching Ceremony of the K-Startup Center hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
eForm is considered one of the leading e-signature solutions in Korea and based on the success achieved at home, the Company is now focusing on steadily expanding the eForm business overseas. I-ON is therefore inviting all ambitious partners from around the world interested in I-ON’s electronic signature service to join them and grow the eForm business together in their respective countries.
