From October 19 to 21, companies and entrepreneurs working in diverse fields have gathered at Found8 Centre to discover new technologies, share ideas and approach topics of lawtech, fintech and regtech from a new perspective at SUPERNOVA Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event was organized by Lawtech Malaysia and it took place at Found8 KL Sentral.
The SUPERNOVA Summit was divided into two key events - The Hackathon and The Summit. The Hackathon event gathered many programmers from the region who organized teams, put their brains together and solved diverse tech issues that can arise in lawtech and fintech areas, and also participated in the best pitch competition. The Summit consisted of an exhibition of diverse solutions that can solve numerous pain points in lawtech and fintech businesses and also included a panel discussion with key figures in the lawtech, fintech and regtech world, and it was divided into several main topics such as Artificial Intelligence in the Legal World, What is Next after the e-Wallet Wave and Cyber Security & Data Protection.
I-ON Communications (“I-ON”, “Company”), an expert in unstructured data management and developer of Korea’s first electronic signature service eFrom, was invited to participate in The SUPERNOVA Summit as one of the exhibitors. The Company presented its e-signature solution as a tool that can reduce the work overload and help create a paperless, efficient office while cutting the costs of processing paper documentation. At this event, participants from I-ON Communications’ side, International Business Development Team member Jelena Elek and eForm Service Team member Hyunjin Cho, had interesting discussions with the SUPERNOVA Summit visitors from various backgrounds who took interest in I-ON electronic signature solution.
The Company is currently working on establishing strong connection with law offices and organizations in the Malaysian market through its partner and eForm distributor Law Asia 365.
