management to operation of the service / content and refine them to deliver
more value to our customers.
I-ON has been a CMS
expert for quite long time and what drove you to develop a solution like ICE?
I had been working in a team
where the members advance our main product ICS (I-ON Content Server), a web content
management system and develop iCAFE (I-ON Content Application Framework &
Engine), an integrated mobile content management solution. While I was working
for CMS in particular, I came up with an idea and thought that it’d be much
nicer to expand this solution to a service and started to integrate this CMS
based system to a service. This is how we developed ICS and it took us about 5
years to launch.

Where is ICE being distributed and how is the market
response?
ICE has mainly been adopted by media industry and
provided for video, broadcasting, music, animation, IPTV and many more. Data
traffic is an important issue in servicing such things online. ICE enables high
traffic processing, flexible and instantaneous services based on the processing
capability of traffic. We are told that every customer of ICE is satisfied with
our offerings.
How do you see the
future of ICE?ICE is benefiting
broadcasting and video services at the moment but its offering is expected to become
more converged in varied categories as the overall web content market changes.
In an effort to
adapt to the changing environment, we plan to offer more personalized, advanced
services to each user through convergence between deep learning based intelligence
workflow and digital content.
